Maphra Lyrics

Maphra is a viral YouTube and Instagram metal vocalist known for her covers of Bring Me The Horizon and Spiritbox, gaining significant attention in early 2026. Her age is not publicly disclosed, but she is described as a new, rising talent known for her gothic aesthetic and vocal techniques.

She is widely recognized for her extreme vocal range, moving seamlessly between melodic singing and harsh metal growls/screams.

She has begun releasing official covers on streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, including her popular rendition of "Doomed".

In an interview, she said:
"I was born in Brazil, and in the middle of my teenage years, I moved to the United States. That transition was incredibly difficult. At that point, I already knew I wanted to be an artist - music was my dream, my passion, and my way of being in the world. But moving to a new country, facing a different language and culture, I didn't know if I would be able to follow that dream anymore. I questioned myself many times - would I ever feel confident enough to write in another language? To walk into studios and connect with people in a music industry that felt so far from where I started?

It wasn't easy. But I've learned that when something truly lives inside you, when it's a part of who you are, there is no obstacle in the world strong enough to stop you. Music is that for me. It's not just something I do - it's what makes me feel alive. Without it, I don't feel like myself."
