A glare beams on
My face
She's always behind
It
What I'm seeing is
Deceiving
Think I'm better
Off blinded
But I keep peeping
When the view
Escapes
Found beauty
In between her
Dirty drapes
It's a type of filth
I seem to tolerate
Lashes hung up
On her hanging bait
Lashes raised up
To a pointless faith
And I'd trade
The sunrise
For a view
That hurts eyes
Tunnel vision
In between
I'm looking through a
Cracked screen
I could turn
Ahead
You'd still be
In front of me
This dying sight
Between us is
Your only luxury
How can I afford
It every time?
Purchasing a lust
The values never
Really mine
Still she's on
Every dime
Two sided
Her disguise undecided
By her I choose
To be misguided
She's above my
Head
In the bed
Laying by my
Side
Where the restless
Are reminded
Somewhere she smiles
Behind her mask
While I sit and wonder
When just out
My heart she'll pass
