I stumbled down the hallway and gazed upon myself in the bathroom mirror

Of course it was still me, but at the same time... something was different
As these thoughts came to me, a sudden sense of calm and reassurance washed over me
I felt... renewed, confident

I moved through my day feeling hazy, present yet elsewhere
Somehow, everything felt new again
