BRUCE STRAUSS - Outro Lyrics
Official

I sat in the dim light of a candle, its flame barely clinging to life
As I turned the final page of the Necronomicon of Terror
The room was eerily silent
Save for the soft, almost inaudible whispers that seemed to seep from the ancient text itself
The air felt heavy, as if the shadows were not just watching but waiting for something
I had lost track of time, days, perhaps weeks, consumed by the labyrinthine knowledge within these pages
Each word, each sentence, had drawn me deeper into a world
Where the lines between reality and nightmare blurred
Now, as my trembling fingers turned the last page, a cold dread settled over me
The words on the page were not written in any language I knew
Yet they spoke directly to my soul, revealing truths that no human mind was meant to comprehend
The room grew colder, the shadows lengthened, and the whispers grew louder, more distinct
They spoke of ancient evils, of entities that dwelled in the spaces between the stars
Of the void that awaited at the end of all things
My breath caught in my throat as I read the final passage
A verse that seemed to resonate not just in my mind, but in the very fabric of reality
As I finished, the candle went out, plunging me into absolute darkness
The silence was deafening, a silence so profound it felt like the world itself had ceased to exist
The whispers, now inside my head, grew into a cacophony of voices, each one a different shade of terror
I felt the ground beneath me give way, not to a physical fall, but to a descent into an endless abyss
The Necronomicon of Terror, now closed, lay inert, its power spent
But the knowledge it had imparted was irrevocable, I was no longer in my room, or perhaps, I was
But in a version of it where the walls were the boundaries of my own mind
And the darkness was the void of my soul
There was no escape, no return. The last verse of the Necronomicon of Terror had not just ended the book
It had ended my world. In the silence that followed, there was no sound, no light
Just the eternal emptiness of the void, where I would forever be, lost in the knowledge of the unknowable
ARGH!
