Cruising down this narrow river where
No one this experience to share, and this
Broken boat is all I need
To keep me afloat and from being alone

I watch as people pass me by
Telling me to get out my boat
They tell me stop being so foolish
And put my feet on the ground

I said why would I wanna change?
My life is pretty plain sailing
But by that moment I was gone
Down that river I was cruising

Hopefully one day they'll build, a boat, and go sailing down
That river gently flows, to where, ever you need to go
They'll know, beauty in disguise
They'll see, what it really means to be free

Several months had passed me by
I'm still on this river cruising
Curious by-standers they ask
Where does this river lead to?

So I simply explain to them
The river takes you to where you need to go
But you don't know where you need to go, You just go with the flow

And I see boats on the horizon
Now finally I am not alone
