Look for the light as they say but even in the brightest it's easy to find shade

So I say I have a hard time moving on from the empty feelings that I hold; I don't belong
But I know there's still hope though all with the time where you'll find you can climb the rope
So I take another step in learning to accept and free my feelings to find my meaning
Lead by example that the people aren't hearing wake up to the road cause you're still steering
Don't let yourself go unnoticed go tell them how you really feel so you can enjoy the moment
