To the angel in Sardis this message I write
From He who holds the Spirits and the stars so bright
I know your works you have a name
But you're alive in lies and dead in shame
Wake up strengthen what's left inside
For your deeds aren't perfect in God's sight
Remember what you've heard what you've received
Keep it and repent so you'll be relieved
If you don't watch I'll come like a thief
In an unknown hour bringing grief
But those who stay true in white they'll walk
With Me they're worthy hear My talk
You have a few in Sardis still pure and right
Their garments white shining in the night
To those who overcome dressed in robes of light
Their names in the book shining so bright
