There are fossils in the mountains
That we've traced back to the sea
What used to be the highlands
Is now beyond the reef
The west winds over the mountains
Blew so hard across the land
What once were mighty forests
Are now buried under sand
There are remnants on this earth
Left from an age of old
Long before the Garden of Eden
Before divided waters
Coals of fire, ice and cold
An ancient age before the Katabole
He measured out the waters
In the hollow of His hand
He metered out the heavens
With His fingers span
He balanced out the dust
Weighed the mountains and the hills
Created all His creatures
Heaven, earth and sea to fill
There are remnants on this Earth
Left from an age of old
Long before the Garden of Eden
Before divided waters
Coals of fire, ice and cold
An ancient age before the Katabole
Before the Katabole
