In the blackest night, they emerge from the gloom,
A towering presence, casting shadows in my room.
A dark hulk-like figure, blocking my escape,
But within me, a resolve, I will not forsake.
The man inside me roars, ready to confront,
But as quickly as it came, the darkness is shunned.
I've faced the test, stood firm in the night,
For in the spirit's realm, we'll ignite the fight.
They may destroy and wreak havoc, in the flesh they may boast,
But God's truth prevails, His word the utmost.
This war can't be won in mere human form,
For evil's craft lies beyond the norm.
Their spells and tricks, their witchery and charm,
Yet even they know, the flesh will do them no harm.
In the darkest hour, they seek to instill fear,
But with God's guidance, we persevere.
They may try to tear us down, to shake our resolve,
But with faith as our shield, we will not dissolve.
For the battle is spiritual, beyond earthly sight,
And in God's strength, we'll emerge in the light.
They may unleash their fury, in the flesh they may strive,
But with God's power, we will thrive.
Their schemes and deceit, all come to naught,
For in the spirit's realm, victory is sought.
So let them come in darkness, let them try,
For in God's presence, we'll never shy.
This war is waged not in flesh but in spirit,
And with God's grace, we'll rise above it.
So fear not the shadows, fear not the night,
For in God's love, we find our might.
Though darkness may come, it cannot withstand,
For in God's kingdom, we firmly stand.
