From beneath the earth
The ancient embers churn
Drawing fire from the depth of the cavernous one
In a time of neutrality, when darkness shroud the earth
In the seemingly ever creeping void a flame eternal burns
It's power pulses with the intensity of eternal suns
Illuminating creatures hidden above
A light to unleash the solar plains
Empowering the giants
Who burst forth with thunderous strength
Waging war against the black scaled ones
With fire and disease and lightning
With fire they rose
And in ash they were born
From the armies they'd slain
And the kingdoms they prayed
To the last burning flame
In the chaos they lay
Humanity gained
For the winged ones betrayed
And now the giants are the gods
For whom the mortal pray
And the white horned beast
Whose kin long betrayed
From beneath the earth
The ancient embers churn
Drawing fire at the Dawn of the Eternal Flame
