hey, that'd be a good band name!'

Trampled By Turtles Quotes:
"We had a couple shows booked when we started out but we didnt have a name,
and so, everybody kind of at rehearsal tried to think of a band name, and we just couldnt agree on anything.
Then Erik, our mandolin player, threw out 'Trampled by Turtles' because that was just one of the ones he had on his list.
And we still dont know how he came up with it, but it was really like the first one that we all didnt hate,
so we just went with it."
-Dave Carroll
"I go through the same thing with song names too, unless it becomes like an obvious choice.
You know, if its just like the line of the chorus or whatever, but naming a record or something
like that is always...well, I think maybe I just get anxious about it, you know?"
-Dave Carroll
"Exile on Main St. by
The Rolling Stones,
Blonde on Blonde by
Bob Dylan,
and The Suburbs by
Arcade Fire."
