There was a time when there was lost hope
There was a time when there were no deaths
There was a time when Earth was suffering
Cause they had exploited it, beyond repair
That was the time when SHIVA entered
And gave Yama, the power over death
Earth was restored, life had balance
But all living, had fear over their heads
They couldn't understand, what was beyond death
Couldn't understand, they had a timer over their beds
There was a scare of premature death
So SHIVA gave them a gift to repair
That gift is what i'm about to share with you
Say it a hundred and eight times and you can face death
Look at Yama, in his eyes and say "Not Today"
Now take a deep breath
This is the stark reality that we are all facing
It's all around us, you got the power of health
The Rig Veda (Mandala VII, Hymn 59) here's what it said
Tryambakaṃ yajāmahe sugandhiṃ puṣṭi-vardhanam
Urvārukam iva bandhanān mṛtyor mukṣīya mā 'mṛtāt
The meaning on Mrityunjaya is someone
Who conquers over death, no fear
One of 108 names of SHIVA
That number is of great significance among others
1 Represents oneness
0 Is nothing in between
8 Represents everything
When combined together, they mean
Universe - one, empty and infinite
All at once it seems
And the distance between Earth and Sun
And Sun and Moon
This'll blow your mind, listen carefully
The sages had written this book, in 1500 BCE
It's hundred and eight times the diameter of Sun and Moon respectively
Even if you're an atheist, even if you don't believe in God
There is science in vibrations, just try singing along
This is spoken at cremation
This is spoken at death
I felt i had an obligation
Just to make you aware
Tryambakaṃ yajāmahe sugandhiṃ puṣṭi-vardhanam
Urvārukam iva bandhanān mṛtyor mukṣīya mā 'mṛtāt
