For PE with Joe

30 seconds exercise
Then 30 seconds rest
Sometimes I get tired
But I always do my best

Running on the spot
To get my heart rate up
Don't forget to drink water
From a bottle or a cup

Doing all the shout-outs
On his own would be tricky
Don't worry - on the phone
He's got his brother Nicky

He's gonna get us all fit
He keeps bringing on the HIITs

When he fell off his bike
Now he can't do a push-up
But you can do one if you like

Rather than a sweatband
I like to use a sponge
Wipe the sweat from my body
And do a Spiderman lunge

I love all the workouts
HIIT after HIIT
The two minute break
Is my dad's favourite bit
