I felt the walls break down as the wind swept me away
Now I find myself on the ground in a foreign but strangely familiar place
Where every flower and every tree, every yellow and every green
Look so much brighter to me
The faces here have blurred themselves out
Motionless in a peaceful rest
When I looked at them I thought I saw doubt
But saw only what I reflect
The ocean here stretches miles deep
Like the thoughts of a turbulent mind
The fields are soft enough for endless sleep
I'd never have to wake on the other side
A world that lives without time
Paints the path to where I want to be
Mountains and rivers stand sublime
In this refuge from reality
But from beyond the canvas I hear cries
From a world that still needs me
I pray to the artist that I'll be fine
'Cause I know I have to leave
