How long, O Lord
Do You see the pain
Do You hear the cry
Injustice reigns
The prophet pleads
Where are You, Lord
The world still bleeds
The righteous stumble
The wicked thrive
Tell me, Lord
How can this survive
The answer comes
Not what he'd expect
A rising power
Babylon's next
They'll sweep the land
Fierce and wild
But in their pride
They'll be reviled
Though the fig tree withers
And the fields bear no grain
Though the flocks vanish
And the world brings pain
Faith will stand
Faith will rise
The just live by faith, not sight
I will trust in the Lord
My strength, my guide
He lifts me up to the mountainside
Woe to the greedy
Who build on blood
Their empires crumble
Beneath the flood
Their idols fail
Their riches decay
The earth is filled
With the Lord's display
The Lord is in His temple
Let the earth be still
Justice flows like waters
He fulfills His will
Though the fig tree withers
And the fields bear no grain
Though the flocks vanish
And the world brings pain
Faith will stand
Faith will rise
The just live by faith, not sight
I will trust in the Lord
My strength, my guide
He lifts me up to the mountainside
I will rejoice in the God of my salvation
He makes my feet like the deer
He leads me to high places
Though the fig tree withers
And the fields bear no grain
Though the flocks vanish
And the world brings pain
Faith will stand
Faith will rise
The just live by faith, not sight
I will trust in the Lord
My strength, my guide
He lifts me up to the mountainside
Write the vision plain
Though it waits
It won't delay
The Lord will reign
