Beyoncé will headline the NFL's Christmas Day halftime show during the matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans at NRG Stadium in the singer’s hometown of Houston, Texas.
The game is one of two set to stream live on Netflix on Christmas Day (December 25th), with coverage beginning at 4:30 p.m. ET. Earlier in the day, Netflix will stream the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1 p.m. ET.
The Christmas Day halftime show will mark
Beyoncé's first live appearance in support of her latest album,
Cowboy Carter, which recently received 11 Grammy nominations. She previously headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2013, and also made a guest appearance during
Coldplay's halftime show in 2016.
Her husband,
Jay-Z, and his company Roc Nation, has helped curate the NFL's halftime shows since 2009.
