Walking through the park on day
Exercising the hairy eyeball in May
I spied a startling example
Of female she and I thus exchanged words
She smelled me and her VNO
In her nose told her our MHC genes agreed
Now when I speak of her coloration
I refer to the summation
Of all her principles and beliefs
This I endeavored to ignore
And now the situation
Can best be described as
Kaleidoscope what a beautiful form
A summation of tangled emotion
A fixed series of changing phases
Seen through my kaleidoscope
My endeavoring proved to be my undoing
As she left me to my willful
Ignorance yet her legacy
Left for me is to be blinded by
Enthralled with the kaleidoscope
