Promises like submit yourself to God resist the devil and he will flee from you
Wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord
For the word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword
Deuteronomy thirty-one eight states that God is always with us
Hebrews thirteen five says God will never leave us or forsake us
Luke one verse thirty-seven for with God nothing shall be impossible
So many promises putting our trust in his word makes things possible
In second Corinthians One verse twenty it declares In the Context of Christ Jesus
"For all the promises of God in him are yes and in him Amen unto the glory of God by us"
So many promises when God says THE PROMISE singular which one? Ponder the thought
We know Jesus died for our sins and by his shed blood our eternal salvation was bought
Galatians three twenty-nine Has the singular not plural so here is the key to the Promise
And if ye be Christ's then are ye Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise
Galatians Four twenty-eight Now we brethren as Isaac was are the children of promise
Genesis chapter twelve the prophetic calling the Seed of Abraham as the seed of Promise
I will bless those who bless you
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed
Abraham in you all the nations of the earth shall be blessed
I love to remember that in the beginning there was one language and one people
The loftiness of man brought about the tower of babel to lift up the will of the people
God knew the end from the beginning as man tried to reach the heavens without God
God confused them and separated them with different languages and places of sod
Knowing the end from the beginning God's plan hidden in his only begotten son
In Abraham's seed all nations would be blessed broken up from the tower of one
Another Promise Holy Spirit would come and unite the people this time in Christ
All the nations can now come to God by God himself not their plans but in Christ
