Jumped on a train
To get away from the pain
It took him to a very strange land
Made a cool friend
Who turned out to be a dead end
Followed a road
Hope started to erode
To never be heard from again
He wandered off the path
And started to do the math
It was a barren land
With nothing but sand
His throat was getting pretty dry
Tried to run but got mugged
Couldn't help but shrug
Starving for food
But nothing hiding in plain sight
A knight in shining armor appeared
Led him to a nice town
Where he could settle down
Met a nice lady
Turned out to be crazy
Almost lost his life that night
Traveled the wood land
Thought about starting a band
Finally he reached the city
That was in his dream
Just like that his journey was done
What was his purpose now
He knew he'd find it somehow
