We know better now
Than to fight what's written down
Signed across the sun the moon the clouds
Can't argue with what keeps us on the ground
Things will fall in place
It's a journey not a race
I'm happiest to see what change will bring
But I admit my mind starts wandering
In another universe would we
Finally be meant to be?
Two halves incomplete
'Til fate intervenes
If I met you in another life
Would we finally get it right?
Or keep it short and sweet
Just like poetry
When we meet again
The precious time we'll spend
Open up our minds, embrace the pattern
Float to space and ride the rings of Saturn
Deep talks in the dark
A ballad on guitar
Theorize the things that make us human
Saving topics for our next reunion
